- I ordered the item, but dont understand how to pay. What sre my next actions?
- I can't find my country in the list of supported for the delivery locations. Does it mean you can't ship the item to me?
- We can ship our items worldwide. If you don't see the possibility to select your country that means we haven't added the location to our list with thee delivery price. Please contact us to clarify the delivery price. For a personalized shipping quote to your country, please reach out to us directly as we are continually updating our delivery locations.
- I ordered the gear, but the delivery price seems to be too high. Do you have alternate shipping available that is still insured?

- Does your gear support US grid voltage standard?
- Sure, we can make it 110-120V or 220-240V
19" rack mount gear
- On pictures your gear is not equipped with the rack mounting ears. Can I order them together with the gear?
By default, All 19" rack mount equipment is staffed with the mounting ears. You don't have to order them separately. During the unpacking of the device, please double-check the box, usually the ears are in a separate packet with screws for it.
500 series gear
- I have a none-RSE 500 series rack. How I can be sure, my rack can handle your gear?
