Shipping policy

RSE Audio ships internationally to most destinations from Sumy, Ukraine.

Available shipping methods depend on the destination, parcel size, insurance limits and current carrier restrictions. We normally use tracked shipping services and may offer alternative carriers where available.

If you require a specific carrier or shipping method, please contact us before payment. Shipping cost may vary depending on the selected service.

Processing and dispatch

In-stock products are normally prepared for shipment after payment confirmation. Products that are built or configured to order may require additional production time. Where applicable, the estimated production time is stated on the product page or confirmed with the customer before payment.

Delivery times

International delivery times vary by destination, carrier, customs processing and local postal or courier services.

Any delivery estimate shown on our website or provided by RSE Audio is an estimate only and is not a guaranteed delivery date unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

Once an order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided whenever tracking is available for the selected service.

Import taxes, VAT and customs charges

Unless explicitly stated otherwise during the ordering process, product prices and shipping charges do not include import VAT, customs duties, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by the destination country or carrier.

Where such charges apply, they are normally payable by the recipient upon import or delivery.

Customs and tax regulations vary between countries and may change. Customers are responsible for checking the applicable import rules and charges in their destination country before ordering.

Shipping damage

If an order arrives with visible shipping damage, please keep the packaging and contact RSE Audio as soon as reasonably possible. Where practical, provide photographs of the shipping box, internal packaging and equipment so that we can assess the damage and, where applicable, assist with a carrier claim.
