The circuit features the same compressor and signal detector assembly as our older models, so you can trust it to handle the same types of signals. Plus, we've kept the input and output transformers to saturate the signal with harmonics and give it a livelier feel.

We've used high-quality operational amplifiers to achieve low noise levels, making the TPC-IC delicate when working with even the most insensitive microphones. The device boasts 74dB sensitivity, but if your microphone doesn't need that much boost, simply activate the pad on the back of the unit to remove 24dB.
